Carol Thompson is All At Home's New Director of Nursing
All At Home Health Care is proud to announce Carol Thompson as the new Director of Nursing. For over 31 years Carol has been a registered nurse working in emergency rooms, chronic illness pediatrics, office nursing, and management.

Terry Godwin comes to All At Home Health Care with a diverse background in marketing. Her experiences include owning and operating her own non-medical personal care business with her husband.
In 1994, she began working with the Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) in Valparaiso, Indiana. Her role as the Clinical Manager with VNA allowed her to learn all aspects of home health care and hospice care. She brings much to All At Home Health Care through her depth and breadth of experience, and proven record as a progressive and dedicated home healthcare leader. We are excited about all the benefits her guidance, input and direction brings to our team and patients.
Terry Malott is All At Homes new Controller who brings 38 years of accounting and payroll experience to our team. Prior to joining All At Home, Terry was the Assistant General Manager of an independent living facility in Mesafor four years and for 13 years was the founder and president of Malott’s Financial Solutions, LLC, an accounting and tax preparation practice. Terry was also the Senior Accountant for Arizona Public Service (APS) where he help develop and implement the company payroll system, prepared monthly operating statements for several jointly owned power plants. Terry also help develop the maintenance manual for the Palo Verde Nuclear Plant.
Esther Sturdivant, Assistant Director of Nursing
Terry Malott Named New Controller
In May 2010, Esther Sturdivant became All At Home Health Cares' Assistant Director of Nursing. She is instrumental with helping our nurses improve quality care, assists with treatment plan reviews and many aspects
of the Center of Medicare/ Medicaid service reports and regulation requirements. Since 1995, Esther has worked in numerous roles within the home health care industry including; Clinical Coordinator, Quality Improvement Supervisor, Home Health Care Aide Supervisor and Managed Care Coordinator.
